LOSAUK is a development non-government organization located at south-west coastal part of Bangladesh. LOSAUK was founded in 1987. It is registered as a voluntary non-government development organization with the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh under registration No. 522, dated August 21, 1991 and renewed in 2021. It is also registered with Bangladesh Social Welfare Department and Society Act under vide No. 489-97/99 on December 8, 1990 and Khulna-18 dated May 16, 1994 respectively. Dr. Nazmul Ahsan is the Founder. The organization implements donor’s projects and makes partnership for development work. It has experiences to work with both national & international donor agencies. LOSAUK has seven members’ executive board and four members advisory committee.
LOSAUK is situated inside of Khulna city. Khulna is the district as well as divisional town of south-west part of Bangladesh. It is 68 km far from Jessore airport and one hour & 25 minutes road journey from the airport to the office premise of LOSAUK. The nearest sea port is Mongla and it is 42 KM far from Khulna City. LOSAUK is situated at 2, Farazipara Road, Khulna, Bangladesh.

- Transgender (Hijra) community, Disabled as well as socially neglected community
- Children
- Unemployed youth
- Rural artistes and
- Underprivileged woman and adolescent girls.
